The stars do not reflect the service from the company purchased from. Delivery was fast and I really like this company. The fleece liner is rather snug, but this maybe because it’s fitted. It makes the jacket (which is the same size) come up quite small, whereas without it, the jacket fits lovely. If you are looking to buy the liner, I would size up.
