www.charleshobson.co.uk is operated by Charles Hobson of Easingwold Ltd (“us, we”) and we respect the privacy of our members and visitors to our websites. Payments are handled through our payment processor, Sage Pay. Sage Pay may collect information necessary to process your transaction and conduct fraud screening checks. We (Charles Hobson of Easingwold Ltd) do not store or retain any payment card information ourselves however Sage Pay may do so if you select the option “Remember me” during the checkout process
Obtaining your consent
We will obtain your consent to send you our email newsletter and/or promotions. We will obtain your consent when you register your details with us online via a check box or verbally when you visit our store. We will never contact you for marketing purposes without your prior consent. You can change your preferances at any time by contacting us or unsubscribing from our emails.
