Free Delivery
Free shipping is only offered on orders totalling more than £99.00. Please allow up to ten working days for this service.
Standard Delivery (£4.99)
Our standard shipping service costs £4.99, and aims to have your order delivered within five working days.
Next-Working-Day Delivery (£6.99)
We offer next-working-day delivery to most UK mainland customers for a fee of £6.99. Unfortunately certain areas of the Scottish Highlands are ineligible for next-day shipping, and will instead be sent via the next quickest delivery method as a two-day delivery. Please ensure that your order is placed before 3pm on a working day to qualify for next-working-day delivery.
Dispatch Cut-Off Deadlines
Our cut-off time for orders is 3pm each working day. This means that any next-working-day orders must be placed before this time to receive the item the following working day. After 3pm, any orders placed will roll over to be processed on the following working day. No orders are processed on non-working-days.
Delivery Information
You should receive an automated email from our couriers once your order has been processed by them, which will contain your estimated delivery date and tracking details. We are not able to request that your order be delivered at a specific time of day. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to accept the parcel. The courier may allow for the parcel to be left in a safe place, but this is at your own discretion and once left there the delivery will be marked as fulfilled and the order will be classed as in your possession. We cannot accept responsibility for a late delivery in which it has been attempted on time but not accepted or no suitable safe place selected.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed on a weekend (including after 3pm on Fridays) will be processed the following working day. Please note that we do not operate on bank holidays.
Northern Ireland, UK Islands & Scottish Highlands
Unfortunately next-working-day delivery is not available to addresses in Northern Ireland, other UK islands, & Scottish Highlands. Standard delivery remains the same timescale, whereas items needed more quickly than this can be ordered via a priority two-day delivery service.
Christmas Deliveries
Due to the increased business at this time of year, we recommend allowing more time for orders which you are wanting delivered before the 25th December. For free deliveries, please place your order no later than December 10th. Orders placed with standard delivery (£4.99) should reach you before Christmas if ordered by the 16th December. For next day delivery (£6.99), we would recommend ordering no later than the 20th December. For orders from the this date until the 2nd January, we kindly ask to allow for an extra day’s leniency on next day deliveries before we class them as late. We will still dispatch them as normal, and most should arrive on time, however couriers may struggle to fulfil the increased workload and we cannot guarantee a next-working-day delivery date as firmly as usual.
Due to courier collection times being much earlier on these dates, we are not classing Christmas Eve (24th December) and New Year’s Eve (31st December) as working days for us, and as such any orders placed on these days will be processed on the following working day (27th December and 2nd January respectively).
